This was a Women's Rehabilitation Center Project. We were given the shell of the building and had to design everything from floor to ceiling and in between.
I wanted the feel of the rehabilitation center for women to be luxurious while healing at the same time. When a woman is in a state many of the women who come here are, they need an uplifting atmosphere, a place where they feel special. With the use of vibrant rich colors and modern patterns, this center has luxurious healing written all over it.
This image is of the second of 4 boards I presented. It showcases some of the furniture selections and finishes as well as some perspectives of different spaces. Also pictured are examples of budget spreadsheets and fabric specifications.
